CoreTight formed steel seals lock banding-strap tension on transformer and magnetic-core assemblies — tin-plated after forming to MIL-T-10727C Type 1
CoreTight™ seals are formed steel closures crimped over the banding strap to lock circumferential tension on a C-core or magnetic-component assembly.
Standard Stock Options
- seal_187x250 — 0.187" x 0.250", narrow locking
- seal_375x250 — 0.375" x 0.250", compact locking
- seal_375x375 — 0.375" x 0.375", standard and most common
- seal_500x500 — 0.500" x 0.500", heavy-duty
Seals are tin-plated after forming to MIL-T-10727C Type 1 (tin per ASTM B545), supplied 500 per box and ready to crimp. Full dimensioned drawings are available on request.
